- The pool of participants are leaders and potential leaders drawn from the various countries where CAPRO works
- One of the key mandates of the Lord upon us at this time is to revamp CAPRO operations globally, this strategic summit is one crucial tool to actualize this
- The budget for CLESS is huge but the Lord has been faithful in making substantial provision. We still need funds to meet up with the budget
