God’s heartbeat is to enthrone His Son Jesus over all the nations. This calls for partnership within the Body of Christ. As a Mission agency committed to reaching the unreached peoples of the world, we in CAPRO are fully convinced that Missions is not just for those that “go.” Rather, we are aware that some are called to go, others to give and pray, but together we form the winning team. This is the effective partnership that we are seeking, a partnership in which you see yourself as a member of the team whether you are called to go or give and pray for the work of missions.

Purpose Of The Partnership

• To give to each Church/Organization/Individual a sense of ownership of the business of reaching the unreached.
• To maximize the great potential of resources (men and material) that God has placed in His Church for the cause of Missions.
• To create an opportunity for each one to have an input into the work of Missions
• To hasten the coming of Lord

The Practice Of The Partnership

• CAPRO leadership meets with the leadership of Partners (Church, Organizations or Individuals).
• The partnership proposal is presented.
• The Partner adopts or modifies the proposal to suit their needs and vision.
• The Partner adopts CAPRO as an Agency to partner with for the work of Missions.
• As may be agreed upon, CAPRO can carry out Discipleship Training and Missions Awareness Programs in partnering Churches/Organizations.
• An interim period within which to review the terms and working of the proposal is agreed to by both parties to ensure accountability and workability.

The Proposed Partnerships

• Basic Partnership: The Partner accepts to be involved in Missions through CAPRO in an unspecified but regular way by praying and giving. In the case of Churches, opportunities can be created for CAPRO to share about Missions with the Partnering Church . CAPRO can also make an input into the Church through evangelism and discipleship programs as desired.
• Field/Project Adoption Partnership: The Partner accepts to adopt one or more of CAPRO mission fields or mission projects for sponsorship or support. CAPRO makes available to the Partner needed information on the field or project and gives regular report to the Partner. The Partner is expected to visit such fields/projects from time to time.
• Missionary Support/Adoption Partnership: The Partner accepts to adopt one or a certain number of CAPRO missionaries for prayer and financial support. CAPRO makes available to the Partner required information on the missionary/missionaries and possibly links them up with the Partner. Partners are encouraged to visit such missionaries. The missionaries can be hosted by the Partners during their furlough.

Financial Policy

Calvary Ministries is a faith mission, sustained by God through the gifts & donations from our partners; who are individuals and Churches with a burden for the fulfillment of the Great Commission. With our most recent global annual budget being $7.5 million (N1.2 billion), God has not failed to send His resources our way through the commitment of faithful partners. As CAPRO missionaries do not receive any salaries from the Mission but trust God to meet both personal and ministry needs, CAPRO continues to believe that ‘God’s work done God’s way, will never lack God’s supply.’ Your financial partnership with CAPRO is an eternal investment with eternal rewards. CAPRO does not engage in deliberate profit-making business ventures.

We trust that as we look ahead to the final advent of the Lord Jesus Christ, we will endeavor to work in partnership to hasten that day by ensuring that “this gospel of the kingdom is preached unto all the world as a witness to every nation …”
